Training Modules in Detail

For closed groups where only delegates assigned by the client organisation can attend.
The minimum quantity of trainees for a private training is 15.
Where you might have less than 15 trainees, your delegates can attend an open training for the Public Sector or the Private Sector.
The Open training provides significant cost savings, where your trainees might require only a limited quantity of modules.
The private training, is a blend of printed document OSINT material delivered to each trainee by e-mail and Live Online Training, provided with each module.
For each module, the trainee should have 2 to 3 hours of study time, to read the material and perform the exercises, before the Live Online Training.

We recommend the Live Online Training should be delivered a week after the delivery of the printed material, but you get to set the timing of the delivery, where the default weekly schedule might not work for you, every day or ever other day might work better.

Daily delivery: The PDF material would be delivered to the trainee by e-mail at 9am and at 3pm the same day, the Live Online Training for that module, would be provided and the test would be taken by each trainee, and the PDF material for the next module would be delivered, and the next Live Online Training, could be the following morning or afternoon.
24 Hour delivery: The PDF material would be delivered to the trainee by e-mail at 10am one morning, and the following morning, the Live Online Training for that module, would be provided and the test taken by each trainee, and the PDF material for the next module would be delivered and the following morning the Live Online Training for that module, would be provided and the test taken by each trainee, etc until the end of the course.
48 Hour delivery: The PDF material would be delivered to the trainee by e-mail at 10am one morning, and two days later, the Live Online Training for that module, would be provided and the test taken by each trainee, and the PDF material for the next module would be delivered and two days later, the Live Online Training for that module, would be provided and the test taken by each trainee, etc, until the end of the course.
Mixed Term Delivery: a combination of delivery terms for different modules can be accommodated
Weekly delivery: This is the default term we use for our open courses. It allows for minimal disruption and optimised knowledge retention.

The trainer is a highly experienced, ex-law enforcement officer.

Each live training session will commence with a Q&A session; so delegates can ask any questions concerning the current module.

The trainer provides explanations and where necessary, live demonstrations, so that all delegates are sure they understand the subject matter of the current module.
Then, the trainer will set a test for the delegates, and depending on the results; the trainer will discuss with the trainees, the outcome of the test and any wider implications concerning the module subject matter.
The trainer will exercise the option to deliver more live demonstrations for the trainees to observe.
After that, there might be another Q&A.

Each live online training is delivered through the secure GoToTraining platform, that can be accessed from your office, from the delegates home or even from a mobile device.
The smartphone app is excellent. It really is viable to attend the training on a mobile device.
However, to fully participate and to perform any tasks set by the trainer, during the training, its always more productive on a computer with two monitors.
A webcam and a microphone might be advantageous for an organiser or trainee that wants to be visible to the trainer and other trainees.
It is possible to communicate with the trainer, using written messages. In large groups, this is frequently the better way to go, to prevent overtalk.
The trainer can 'mute' anyone.
If you get muted, don't take offence. Its just because, unintentionally, too many people are talking.
Ask your question in the message field.

The intention is that, by the end of the Online Training Session, every delegate shall have the capacity to perform the OSINT research relevant to the current module.

At the end of each Live Online Training, any client organisation might request that each of their delegates should take a short online test.

At the end of the Blended Online OSINT Training, there is an option to take final exam and receive a certificate.

With no extra cost, one person within the client organisation, that has an oversight requirement, has the capacity for direct oversight of the Live Online Training process.
They shall have the right to login to any Live Online Training.
Also, they can engage with the trainer, and they have the right to ask questions.
They can 'breakout' of the general group, and go 'one to one' with the trainer.
It is not within their remit to take over the training session.
However, any person with oversight has the right to terminate any Live Online Training.

Before the training commences, the client might request that a recording of the training is made.
There is no additional fee for the recording of a Live Online Training.
After the event, delegates can login and watch and listen to the recording.

The minimum quantity of trainees for a private training is 15.
Where you might have less than 15 trainees, they can attend an open training.
