If you are in the EU/EEA and registered for TVA/VAT, the Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM) applies.

If you are employed by a VAT registered EU/EEA, UK organisation, but you are purchasing a training service in your private capacity, you and your employer cannot claim the VAT. Make a purchase with VAT/TVA included.
