The Legislation module covers GDPR (UK and EU). Where delegates come from outside GDPR jurisdictions, the privacy legislation of their jurisdiction is researched and applied to the Help Notes, with a mention in the slide deck.

Each module is a live online session of 3 hours. The OSINT Practitioner Course is the complete programme and the three short courses meet specific needs.

- A short start: the OSINT Foundation Course, the first 2 modules of the Practitioner Course: legislation, operational security, online users and processing personas.
- Social media investigations: the SOCMINT Course, in 3 modules.
- Facebook only: the Facebook Deep Dive, which is Module 3 of the SOCMINT Course and Module 10 of the OSINT Practitioner Course.
