OSINT Training for Law Enforcement - Blended Module 2-U: Legislation, Policies, Guidance and Ethics

Introduces the legislation, guidelines and ethics that relate to the activities of Public Authority III (OSINT) practitioners in the UK & Europe with explanations of the processes for developing safe and effective policies and procedures.

TRAINING OBJECTIVES

Introduces the legislation, guidance and ethics that governs and relates to all III (OSINT) investigation processes; also, the policies that an organisation should have in place are discussed. They ensure that a safe and effective investigation is processed.

LEARNING OUTCOMES

The practitioner will understand their legal obligations for the safe performance of III/OSINT investigations and have the capability to participate in the development of procedures and policies for their organisation.
