Explains and demonstrates, live and on-line, the processes to investigate entities connected to websites, the Internet of Things and other networked and stand-alone technical resources.

TRAINING OBJECTIVES

Introducing websites, the Internet of Things and a selection of resources deployed by III (OSINT) practitioners to locate online intelligence.

LEARNING OUTCOMES

The practitioner will understand the investigative opportunities provided by websites and the Internet of Things and learn how to deploy the techniques that can locate intelligence and material to benefit an investigation.

PUBLIC AUTHORITY / PRIVATE SECTOR DIFFERENTIATION

Module 6 Part B does differentiate but only in the Live Online Training, where investigation opportunities that are available only to Law Enforcement officers are introduced.
