For closed groups where only delegates assigned by the client organisation can attend.
The trainees on private group course receive 'Help Notes' during the Classroom training.
They are not printed documents. They are files made available for download and retention.

The delivery schedule is determined by the client.

The maximum recommended quantity of trainees for a private training is 12.
If you want to seat more people on your custom OSINT course, that is your choice.

All of the 18 available modules focus on technical processing. In the classroom environment, a trainee may request 1-1 help from the trainer, during the training.
If you want to train more than 12 people at a time, you might consider requesting an assistant trainer, particularly if your trainees do not have good technical skills or investigation awareness.
Axeten can provide and assistant trainer.

The customer shall provide the training facility.

The facility must have a fast and reliable internet connection that everyone can access.
All delegates should have a laptop computer with a large screen (13" minimum).

Also, the trainer shall require a large video monitor display or a projector and white screen.
The trainer will connect their laptop to the display or the projector.

An old style 'over-head' projector or slide projector is not adequate and shall not be provided.

The trainer is a highly experienced, ex-law enforcement officer.

The trainer provides explanations and where appropriate, live demonstrations, so that all delegates are sure they understand the subject matter of the current module.

All assessment is online with multiple choice questions.

At the end of each module, the trainee can take a Module Test.
Where all Module Tests are passed with a score of 70% or more
there is no need to take the Final Exam.

If a pass mark to not achieved on any Module Test, the trainee can take the Final Exam.
At the beginning or during the course, the trainee can decide to use the Module Tests only for practice
with the intention of taking the Final Exam at the end of the course.

The Final Exam should be taken within 1 calendar month from the end of the last module.
The Final Exam is activated on the request of the trainee and it has to be taken in one sitting within 7 days of activation.

Module Tests have only 3 or 5 questions and 30 minutes are permitted to complete the test.
The Final Exam has about 10 questions and the time allowed is 60 minutes.

Where the course is passed, a Certificate of Achievement is awarded with CPD credits which differ slightly for Law Enforcement.
The trainee can elect to have the average Module Test score or the Final Exam score display on the certificate.

Where the course is failed, but the trainee has attended all of the Live Online Training events, a Certificate of Attendance is awarded.
